Notary Fees in Our Offices

Fee per page per signature — $15.00 each notarized signature               (Acknowledgements / Oaths or Affirmations)

Loan Signing Fees — $175.00 per packet

Mobile Notary Fees

Call for city specific pricing.

Travel Upto 10 miles, includes 1 Notarized Signature — $40.00 (minimum)

Travel Within 10 and 25 miles, includes 1 Notarized Signature — $60.00

Over 25 miles, includes 1 Notarized Signature — $60.00 + $1.25/mile over 25 miles

Additional Notarizations — $15.00 per signature

Mobile Loan Signing Fees

(Includes Round Trip Travel and Notary Fees)

Loan Documents, one set (0-10 miles) — $175.00

Loan Documents, one set (11-25 miles) — $200.00

Loan Documents, one set (25+ miles) — $200.00 + $1.25 per mile over 25

Second Mortgage, one set (same visit) — $80.00

Other Fees

Borrowers, Additional, (more than 2) — $25.00 Each

Copies/Printing of Documents — $50.00 per Set

Document Delivery — $1.25 Per mile ($40 minimum)

Wait Time Fees

5 to 15 minutes — $15 up to 15 minutes

Over 15 minutes — $15 + $1.50 per minute after first 15 minutes

Client to reimburse for any parking fees paid by mobile notary

100% of Fees Due on No Shows, Refusal To Sign, or Cancellation within 8 hours of Appointment
