Fee per page per signature — $15.00 each notarized signature (Acknowledgements / Oaths or Affirmations)
Loan Signing Fees — $175.00 per packet

Travel Upto 10 miles, includes 1 Notarized Signature — $40.00 (minimum)
Travel Within 10 and 25 miles, includes 1 Notarized Signature — $60.00
Over 25 miles, includes 1 Notarized Signature — $60.00 + $1.25/mile over 25 miles
Additional Notarizations — $15.00 per signature

Wait Time Fees
5 to 15 minutes — $15 up to 15 minutes
Over 15 minutes — $15 + $1.50 per minute after first 15 minutes
Client to reimburse for any parking fees paid by mobile notary
100% of Fees Due on No Shows, Refusal To Sign, or Cancellation within 8 hours of Appointment
